The first action we take as a high end business consultant is to perform an extensive interview and business plan analysis to get a benchmark of where we are starting from.
Technology
This covers every technology and internet marketing strategy you are using and the systems that would improve your business and or save you money. Often the savings in this area alone more than pays for the consulting fees.
Strategic Planning
This covers the future and either where the business will be in 5 years or what the exit strategy is that you are planning to execute. Once those objectives are established then we work backwards using priorities management to identify the daily, weekly, monthly and annual actions that must be accomplished.
Communication Skills
This covers your current communication systems in place you use to work with your employees, clients, referral partners and vendors. We then look at the systems that you have not implemented to see how they may help you in your business. Your contacts preferred method of communication is analyzed and basic interpersonal communication skills as well as sales skills are also covered.
